We are committed to adopting a governance model that allows a balance between efficiency and control. For this purpose, Quebec has a Compliance department and a whistleblowing channel managed by an independent company.
Ethics, mutual respect, integrity, and transparency are formalized values in Quebec's policies and are part of the employee onboarding plan. Combating discrimination, corruption, and unethical conduct within the company are ongoing concerns of the organization, which invests in prevention, monitoring, combating, and communication about these undesirable practices.

With ISO 9001 Certification - Quality Management System, Quebec proves its ability to meet the legal and regulatory requirements applicable to the standard. The company applies the concept of good engineering in its business, aiming for customer satisfaction and meeting stakeholders through the continuous improvement of its processes.
With ISO 14001 Certification - Environmental Management System, the company proves to environmental agencies and stakeholders that it complies with current legislation and adopts a set of practices aimed at mitigating potential impacts or interferences that pose risks to the environment, aiming to promote a balance between the company's activities and environmental preservation. We strive for the continuous preservation of the environment, promoting the mitigation of damages inherent to our activity and, when possible, their recovery.
With ISO 45001 Certification - Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Quebec demonstrates its commitment and responsibility to the safety and health of its employees. The company promotes a safe and healthy organizational environment through control measures, procedures, and awareness campaigns that educate, inform, prevent, and mitigate occupational incidents and illnesses.
The Green Seal of Socioenvironmental Responsibility is a certificate awarded to companies committed to sustainable and responsible practices. It attests to the efforts of these organizations to reduce environmental impact, promote social actions, and act ethically in business. In addition to being a symbol of public recognition, the seal can attract more conscious customers and investors, benefiting the company and contributing to a more sustainable future.
Quebec supports needy institutions in the communities where it operates. Through a mapping project, it identifies those that cater to children, youth, the elderly, the sick, or those struggling with addiction. Acting in a targeted manner, it seeks to improve the physical space of the benefiting institution through structural renovations or the construction of new buildings. Additionally, it conducts campaigns to collect clothes, blankets, and various items, enabling partnerships with other infrastructure companies interested in promoting assistance and social responsibility. Quebec encourages its employees to participate in this initiative and to always have in mind the thought and attitude of assisting their fellow human beings, understanding that their institutional philosophy and mission also carry this meaning.
